Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: We suggest that all clients make an appointment, however on occasion we do have availability for walk-ins.

Q: What is a sports massage?

A: Sports massage is a massage that is specifically designed to sooth athlete’s aching muscles following an event and is used to prepare the athlete's muscles prior to an event.  

Q: Is massage safe?

A: Yes. Natural Resources Day Spa only employs certified massage therapists who are trained to assess your specific requirements and tailor your massage for your needs.  

Q: Is massage therapy covered by my medical insurance?

A: If massage therapy is required due to an accident or injury, your medical insurance may cover the costs of your treatment. For information specific to your provider, please call your insurance company.

Q: What is therapeutic massage?

A: Therapeutic massage is suggested for stressed, or sore muscles or for specific problem area or conditions.  Migraine headaches, for example, can be significantly reduced or eliminated by a program of therapeutic massage.  Our therapists can answer more detailed questions for you. 

Over the years, our therapists have had extraordinary results in working with our clients.

We have seen dramatic reduction is headache frequency, a decrease in problems associated with TMJ, greater mobility with shoulder and joint conditions and improved sleep patterns as a result of diminished pain from chronic conditions.
